Plus tax, that’s $25/month. Over 5 years, that’s more than $1500 that you could’ve spent differently.

WordPress offers endless customization, so whether your aesthetic is minimal or bold, you can make it happen. Plus, if you ever outgrow your initial design, WordPress makes tweaks and updates easy.

For those operating with barebones budgets, Google Sites is a viable option.

It’s free and simple—you won’t have to touch a line of code, and their page builder is nice and minimalist.

But there’s a catch: big design limitations, and no guardrails for bad designs.

Unless you have a strong sense of visual composition, it’s easy to end up with something that looks like a middle school project.

So, if you go this route, keep it clean, and absolutely avoid overcomplicating it.
